Interview tips

Receiving an interview invite means your resume made a great impression — and we’re excited to learn more about you. Whether your interview is in person, virtual or through a digital video recording, preparation is key.

How to prepare for an interview

  • Before your interview, take time to learn about our company, including our mission, values and the broader healthcare industry.
  • Reflect on what you’re looking for in your next role, why it matters to you, and how your past experiences have prepared you to succeed.
  • Organize your resume and references in advance, and be sure to present yourself professionally, whether the interview is in person or virtual.
  • Come prepared with thoughtful questions for the recruiter about the role, the hiring manager’s expectations, and the key skills they’re seeking.
  • If the interview is in person, confirm directions and parking details; for virtual interviews, test your technology and internet connection ahead of time to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Types of interviews

In-person

Interview at an office, clinic or event.

Virtual live

A real-time conversation over video.

Digitally recorded*

Record your answers to preset questions.

No matter the format, we encourage you to treat every interview with the same preparation and professionalism. Some interviews may include an assessment. All digital interviews are reviewed by a team member and not artificial intelligence.

*If completing a digitally recorded interview, you’ll receive a practice question that can be repeated as many times as you’d like, and it will not be sent to recruiters.

  • You’ll have up to 3 minutes to answer each interview question, with a countdown timer visible.
  • In most cases, you can rerecord your answer up to 3 times.
  • Frame yourself well on camera, maintain eye contact with the lens, and speak clearly.
