The Military Fellowship Program (MFP), in partnership with DoD SkillBridge and Hiring Our Heroes, is an innovative approach among UnitedHealth Group, all branches of the U.S. Military and eligible military spouses.

Eligibility
- Be a transitioning active-duty service member (officer or enlisted) of any rank and any branch
- Be accepted into the Hiring Our Heroes Military Spouse Fellowship if applying as a military spouse
- Have 120–180 days of active service remaining prior to separation Have obtained, or be in the process of obtaining, approval from your unit command
- Note the following program administration details:
- Expect screening cadence to occur 4–10 months before separation
- Understand that informational screening does not guarantee placement
